ARECA is the climate products brand of Consapp Engineering. Its products are designed by our in-house engineering team at our R&D centre in DEPARK, İzmir.

Foundation of Consapp Engineering
ConSapp Mühendislik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. was established in İzmir.
- 2022
EAGLE prototype
The first prototype of the EAGLE rooftop unit was built.
- 2023
First EAGLE sale
The first EAGLE rooftop unit was sold.
- 2024
EAGLE patent
A patent was granted for the «EAGLE all-in-one package HVAC unit».
- 2025
The ARECA brand
Commercial operations began under the ARECA brand, based on in-house design and manufacturing capability.
PHOENIX patent
A patent was granted for PHOENIX, the hygienic air handling unit.
R&D team at DEPARK
The headquarters moved to DEPARK and the build-up of the R&D team began.
- 2026
SPARROW patent and prototype
A patent was granted for SPARROW, the home climate unit, and its first prototype was built in the same year.
From Consapp to ARECA
Consapp Engineering was founded in İzmir in 2020. The ARECA brand was established to turn the company’s experience in automation, software and HVAC engineering into original products.
The first EAGLE prototype was built in 2022, and the first unit was sold in 2023. Patents were granted for EAGLE in 2024, for PHOENIX in 2025 and for SPARROW in 2026. Since 2025, our R&D team has been based at DEPARK, and academic collaboration with Dokuz Eylül University has been an important part of this development.

The engineering behind our products
ARECA products are developed by the Consapp Engineering R&D team. All stages, from thermal calculations and 3D design to automation and software, are carried out in-house, ensuring full command of every product detail.
The same engineering expertise is made available to customer projects through engineering services in equipment and system development, automation and software.
